Our Synagogue is known as "MacDonald's", the name being derived from our address - 7 Rehov Macdonald, Netanya.
Over the years, we have been a haven for English-speaking Olim. In our community, new immigrants find friends who speak their language and understand their problems. They find a synagogue in which they feel at home and where they can attend shiurim in their mother tongue and in Ivrit. They find fellow idealists who made Aliyah out of conviction rather than necessity. They find people who want more than physical Aliyah; people who also strive for spiritual Aliyah. They find people who care.
